Big Hit Entertainment (), is a South Korean record label founded in 2005 by music producer and former JYP composer Bang Si-Hyuk, also known as "Hitman Bang." ==History== Big Hit Entertainment was founded on February 1, 2005.〔(【引用サイトリンク】url=http://www.ibighit.com/introduction/sub_introduction1.asp )〕 Lim Jeong Hee debuted with Big Hit in 2005. In 2007, Joohee became part of the mixed-gender trio 8Eight with Baek Chan and Lee Hyun. In 2009, boy group 2AM moved to Big Hit from JYP Entertainment for four years. In 2013, 2AM's contracts with Big Hit ended and three of the members returned to JYP. One year later Suga was confirmed as a rapper for BTS. J-Hope, Jin, Jimin, V, and Jungkook were also recruited for the group. They debuted in 2013. In 2012, GLAM (GirLs be AMbitious) was formed. This group was collaborated between Source Music and Big Hit entertainment, it consist of Dahee, Trinity, Zinni, Miso and Jiyeon. But Trinity left before debuting due to some personal reasons. This group was active until 2014. They disbanded as Dahee had went to jail due to blackmailing Lee Byung-hun with model, Lee Jiyeon. She was sentenced to jail for a year. At that time, GLAM's contract with Big Hit entertainment had expired. The members didn't want to renew the contract, partly due to Dahee's scandal.
